    The Seasonal Tasting Menu combines our favorite seasonal ingredients and an innovative approach to Italian flavors for $275 per guest. A Tasting of Vegetables highlights the season’s best vegetables, fruits, and grains through a wide variety of cooking techniques for $215 per guest. Both tasting menus are 8 courses. Wine pairing is offered for either menu at $185 per guest. Please advise us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate vegans or dairy-free vegetarians.A 20% service charge and a 4% surcharge for employee benefits will be added to all sales. The deposit collected on booking will be credited to the final bill.

Our full wine list remains available for those who wish to explore beyond Champagne. Please note this late night experience differs from our dinner menus. The White Truffle Tasting Menu features the season’s best truffles for $495 per guest. As truffles are foraged by hand and very much subject to availability, we will be happy to accommodate you with one of our other tasting menu experiences should truffles become unavailable for the date of your reservation.
