    The Library Level SFCS Champagne Experience

    Select from Library bottles from deeper in the cellar. These rare champagnes are no longer in production and they have benefited from years of bottle aging. It is not easy to drink anything else once you have tasted a mature champagne. Bottle Service only. Allow 2 hours minimum for to enjoy these delicious champagnes.     Yes champagne benefits from aging and the Reserve Level Champagne Experience is a unique opportunity to select from bottles no longer in production that have benefited from time in the cellar. This is the $75 per person experience priced at $200.00 for 2 guests including 3 - 4 oz glasses of different champagnes PLUS two additional glasses to have some fun with glassware. I have several glasses made for champagne to play with and the results will amaze you. Select from a few lite bites to enhance your experience. This includes delicious champagnes with your favorite Brillat Savarin triple cream cheese and the McFarland Springs smoked trout with crackers.     Friday Night Champagne Social

    Friday Night is Champagne Night so let's lift a glass to toast the end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend! This is more of a social gathering than the typical SFCS Champagne Experience so set your expectations for something different. The menu will depend on who and how many attend and we start at 8 PM and finish at 10 PM. Group size is limited to four guests to share the space with potential new friends. Are you thirsty?

    A Champagne and Caviar New Years Eve

    SFSC is required to close at 10 PM so it is not possible to pop a cork at midnight on the west coast...however we can have a grand time from 7 to 10 PM and ring in the new year with the east coast at 9 PM! We will have a grand evening digging deep into the SFCS Library! Add a pile of caviar from Tsar Nicoulai and we have a NYE Celebration!

    The Next Level Private Event for 2 to 12

    Take the Private Event Champagne Experience in the SFCS Lounge to the next level with car service to pick you up at your home address or after dinner at an SF Restaurant with return service at the conclusion of the event. I have had this property for nearly 25 years and I am very aware how unpleasant parts of SoMa may be during just the brief adventure from the curb to the main door at 1097 Howard Street. The car service will pull into the private garage to the building where I will greet you and escort you to the SFCS Lounge where we will enjoy a curated private Champagne Experience. This is the highest level Champagne Experience available from SFCS (other than a private curated tour with me in Champagne or a private event at your home).
