Join us in welcoming Jill & Steve Matthiasson and their exceptional wines on October 17th! These selections will be available to purchase à la carte, to enjoy alongside our nightly menu. For them, winemaking is a natural extension of farming. Jill and Steve founded Matthiasson Wines in 2003, blending their sustainable agriculture experience with values of purity, sense of place, and deliciousness. Their wines showcase both familiar and rare grape varieties, like Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla, and Refosco. Their small, independent winery produces refreshing, food-friendly wines with moderate alcohol. By remaining fiercely independent, they farm organically and craft beautiful wines without compromise.

Corison Winery x The Progress

Join us in welcoming Cathy Corison! Cathy will be featuring a vertical of 25 vintages from her historical Kronos Vineyard in Napa Valley available to purchase à la carte, to enjoy alongside our nightly menu. Cathy Corison, the first woman Winemaker-Proprietor in Napa Valley, crafts exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons known for their powerful yet elegant character. Sourced from prime vineyards between Rutherford and St. Helena, her grapes thrive in deep, stony alluvial soils. As she approaches her 38th vintage, she focuses on complex wines that express unique terroir. These Cabernets feature juicy fruit flavors with hints of violet and spice, aging in French oak barrels for added complexity; enjoyable now and capable of long-term development.

Guests will have the chance to savor the first tastes of seven unique selections paired with delicious hors d'oeuvres from our kitchen, with the option to pre-order your favorites. Cobb Wines is celebrated for its exceptional wines that reflect the unique climate and soils of their Sonoma Coast vineyards. Their focus on single-vineyard Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, and Rieslings showcases an unwavering commitment to quality. Meet Ross Cobb and his team, who will be on hand to pour and discuss the philosophy behind their remarkable wines.
